We have something to offer for every skill level and age.- Running groups in the Frankfurt city forest led by running group leaders.- Functional gymnastics on different dates.- Children and young people are specifically looked after in our youth training.- The Fast Athletes: Spiridons Performance Group- Spiridons triathlon section: In competitions from sprint to Ironman distance or in various DTU leagues.Spiridons running events: Frankfurt half marathon and the New Years Eve runAt the beginning of March, the half marathon in Frankfurt takes place with around 5,000 runners on a fast route in the south of Frankfurt. At the end of December, the New Years Eve run will start over 10 km with school runs over 4 km and 2 km.From now on our members are mobile with the app. With our own app we can reach you even faster and transmit current information.
